Human Resources
The Human Resources Department is responsible for functions related to all employees of Walworth County. These functions include recruitment and hiring, compensation and benefits, employee and labor relations, labor law compliance, training and development, organizational development and performance management. As a strategic partner, Human Resources develops programs that attract, develop, retain, and engage a skilled and diverse workforce.

Sarah Kolanda has served in the USAF since 2015. She is currently a Corrections Officer for Walworth County Sheriff's Office.

Chris Bannigan served in the USMC from 1981-1987, MOS 1811 Tank Commander, and Western Pacific Deployment during 1984-1985. Currently, he is a Correctional Officer in the Electronic Monitoring Division.

Joan Sallee served as a Staff Sargent in the US Air Force from 2000-2010. Currently, she is a Veterans Services Specialist for Walworth County's Veterans Service Office.

Michael W. Guss served 5 years in the Army and is currently in the Health & Human Services Department as a Public Health Specialist.

Nathan Bond and wife Julie. Nathan served in the US Army from January 23, 1989 to November 30, 2013. He is currently the Veterans Service Officer for Walworth County's Veterans Service Office.

Patrick Palmer served in the USMC from 1991-1995 and the US Army from 1996-2003. Currently, he is a Corrections Officer for Walworth County Sheriff's Office.

Troy Anhalt is a retired Colonel in the US Army Reserve from 1985 to 2017, with service in Afghanistan and South Korea during that time. He has been with the county for 29 years and currently is a Sergeant.

Cory Newmann has served in the WI Army National Guard since December 2001. He is also a detective for Walworth County Sheriff's Office.

Vanessa Mann enlisted into the Illinois National Guard for five years, from January 1997 though April 2002. She is currently a Senior Buyer for the county's Finance Department.

Beckie Enyeart served in the Army National Guard from 2012-2019. She is currently a Child and Family Case Manager for Walworth County.

Rhonda Jenkins served in the Marine Corps for 4 years from 1987 to 1991 and is currently working with Walworth County as a Safety Specialist.

John Scholtz served in the US Air Force from 1998 to 2005. He is currently a Veterans Services Specialist for Walworth County's Veterans Service Office.

Mat Ludowise served 6 years in the Air Force and is currently a K9 Handler with the Walworth County Sheriff's Office.
