By state mandate, all immunizations must be up to date when entering school. An Immunization Record is required for all students. All students must have record of chicken pox immunization or documentation of disease, as mandated by the state.
If there is a medical or personal reason your child does not have the recommended immunizations, a waiver must be signed and on record at school.
