Public Health offers immunizations against childhood and adult vaccine-preventable diseases. Vaccination continues to be one of the most important things you can do to protect your child and yourself from dangerous diseases.

  • Wisconsin Immunization Registry (WIR): The Wisconsin Immunization Registry electronically stores immunization records for Wisconsin residents in a secure system. Parents can look up their child’s records online or access their own.
