Public Health offers immunizations against childhood and adult vaccine-preventable diseases. Vaccination continues to be one of the most important things you can do to protect your child and yourself from dangerous diseases.

Immunization Clinic Schedule

August Schedule:
First Monday of the Month, 9am-12pm
August 30th, 9am-12pm
Every Tuesday, 1pm-4pm 

September Schedule:
Every Tuesday, 8am-11am
Every Wednesday, 2pm-5:30pm

October - December Schedule:
First Thursday of the Month, 8am-11am
Third Wednesday of the Month, 2pm-5:30pm

  • Wisconsin Immunization Registry (WIR): The Wisconsin Immunization Registry electronically stores immunization records for Wisconsin residents in a secure system. Parents can look up their child’s records online or access their own.
