Park Features

White River County Park the County’s largest park. With nearly 200 acres and two miles of frontage along the White River, this park features:

Shelter Rentals    

The shelter is rented on a first-come, first-serve basis.  The shelter can comfortably seat 80 individuals. Contact 262-741-3114, Option 2, to determine if the shelter is available for a specific date.

Hunting & Trapping

Hunting and trapping is allowed with a permit from Walworth County.  There is no charge for the permit.  There are a maximum of 8 permits allowed per day.

Park Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteers are needed for a half-day to assist with trail maintenance, invasive species removal, and park improvements at the Walworth County Parks.  To RSVP for a work day, please contact Walworth County Volunteer Services by telephone 262-741-4223 or email ketexidor@co.walworth.wi.us
