[ARCHIVED] Update on Phase 1b Vaccine Eligibility

Phase 1b update - Vaccine Announcement

Walworth County Public Health will begin registering the following groups in Phase 1b for COVID-19 vaccination on February 15, 2021.

  • Education and child care 
  • Individuals enrolled in Medicaid long-term care programs
  • Some public-facing essential workers
  • Non-frontline health care essential personnel

Vaccination for these groups will start no earlier than March 1, 2021, as vaccine supply allows. 

Groups currently eligible for vaccine registration include those in Phase 1a, Ages 65+ without a health care provider, and police officers and first responders. For details and a complete list of vaccine eligible groups, please visit the Wisconsin Department of Health and Human Services Vaccine Eligibility Page. If you meet the classification for Phase 1a and eligible groups in Phase 1b, please complete the COVID-19 Vaccination Registration form.
