Walworth County Veterans Service Office Presented with Donation from Lake Geneva Jaycees

The Walworth County Veterans Service Office (VSO) received a $5,000 check from the Lake Geneva Jaycees to help support the needs of our active and veteran military members and their families. The money was raised during the Jaycee's annual Pub & Grub Crawl in May. The VSO will use the generous donation to pay for rides to VA medical appointments, cover VA pharmacy charges or uncovered civilian medical bills, provide assistance with utility bills or rent, and pay for the replacement of veterans grave markers and flag holders.

- The Mind over Matter program will tackle strategies for women aged 50 and over to reduce incontinence. In three, two-hour sessions, participants can expect to gain an understanding of how muscles work and exercises that can reduce incontinence.
